Do I need a prescription when ordering?
No, you do not have to present a prescription when purchasing. However as per Australian law, you should have an Australian prescription written by an Australian doctor when you import generic medications. Under the Australian Government TGA Personal Importation Scheme you may import a three month supply at one time. If you do have a prescription available, please advise that to us in the Order Notes on the Checkout screen, then email a scanned copy of your current prescription to us at info@kamagraoioioi.com, with the email title being “Prescription for Order Number nnnn”, where nnnn is your order number. We will then hold shipment of your order until payment and your prescription are received. Once both are received we will ship your parcel with a copy of the provided prescription discreetly packed within it.
How long does delivery take?
We have used a variety of shipping services in these Covid impacted times, as the rules have changed frequently for posting International mail. Unlike most other generic ED meds websites, our medicines are not shipped from India (where the Kamagra medicines are manufactured). India is unfortunately often a severe Covid hotspot, with mail deliveries to Australia often severely impacted. Our products are shipped to you from Thailand, a leading marketplace for attainment of genuine, guaranteed Kamagra products. And we use standard ThaiPost to AusPost shipping with end to end parcel tracking available to you.
Once payment has been processed you will receive a Payment Receipt. Delivery will then be between 15 and 30 days after this to anywhere in Australia. We use ePacket mail, which if delivered to a private or business address, may require a signature on receipt. If you are not home the Australia Post Courier will leave a card. This card tells you which local Post Office to go to where you can pick up your item. And yes – we do ship to PO Boxes and to Australia Post Parcel Locker addresses.
Our preferred delivery is Australia Post Parcel Lockers. If you have one, then please use that. If you don’t yet have one, please consider setting one up, as it is easy to do so. Here’s some information on how to do it.
How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, choose your items then go to the Checkout where you can opt to complete a ‘one-time’ order or choose to create an account. Once you have provided and submitted all the necessary details an Order will be created. Once an order is created, you will be provided with Kamagraoioioi account details for you to make payment by way of an Australian bank to bank transfer or direct deposit in Australian dollars.
The payment transaction is done by yourself, so your banking information is safe and protected. It’s not known by us. Also, we do not share your personal details to anyone including third parties. On receipt of your Order, we will send you a confirmation of your purchase by email, it will also provide you our bank account details for making payment. Once you have made payment, and payment is registered in our bank account, with your Order # quoted, we will pack and ship your ordered product(s). We accept cancellation of any order prior to the orders being shipped. Please email us immediately when you require a cancellation. Should you cancel your order and the goods have not been shipped, a complete refund will be provided to you.
Why did I not get an order confirmation email from you?
Please be very sure to check your SPAM or JUNK email folders for our messages as many email applications will unfortunately place shopping cart messages into the Spam or Junk folder. If you find that has happened, then please add us as a “not Junk”, “friendly” or “safe” email source.
I’ve made an order, but didn’t get any confirmation, why is that?
You will always be notified about your order status via email, however some emails might fail because of your anti-spam security. Please check the SPAM folder of your email. If you do not find it, please send us an email through the Contact page, quoting your order number, and we will investigate further.
Will customs intervene my purchase?
Generally no. The generic medications supplied have the necessary manufacturer documentation, and are provided in original packaging, so as to allow delivery into Australia under the TGA “personal importation” guidelines. As such, the medications supplied can be legally imported. While a package may occasionally be opened and inspected by Australian customs on arrival, they will not be confiscated. What are generic brand medications?
Generic medications are legally manufactured by reputable and licensed, multinational pharmaceutical companies. These generic brand medications work the same way as brand name medications.
Australia is one of the few countries in the world that allows its residents to import prescription erectile medication from overseas. Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, absolutely! If it fails to arrive quickly please check your junk or spam before contacting us.
How are my items packaged & delivered?
All packages are discreetly addressed with no contents description on the outside of the package. All orders are dispatched to you in a secure package with your address and tracking number. The order contents are contained in original factory sealed packaging, with the manufacturers name and expiry date clearly visible on each packet.
Where do my ED meds come from?
They are shipped from Thailand, but they are manufactured in India. India is the world’s leader in high quality generic brand medications sold globally.
Are my personal details secure?
All the account, checkout and payment pages are secured by 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
What if my Item doesn’t arrive?
All customers will receive a tracking number. This is sent by email once an order is dispatched. By following the tracking number you will be able to see your order’s progress.
As all orders are signed for or delivered to your secure AusPost PO Box or Parcel Locker, it is unlikely that orders will be lost. If no one is home at your private or business delivery address, your parcel will be taken to your local post office where it will await collection for 14 days.
On the odd occasion, and for reasons beyond our control, sometimes orders can go astray or be delayed. If, in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, contact us and we will assist with locating it for you. Any order undelivered within 90 days will be resupplied free of charge. The only exclusion to this guarantee is if TGA, or customs, decide to withhold your order, and you are not able to satisfy them under the guidelines of the TGA “personal importation“ scheme. Returns policy
Given parcels are shipped internationally, Order returns are not possible. Should you have concerns with product delivery or product performance that you feel justify product return or refund, please contact us to discuss.
Account Creation Issues
If you’re trying to create an account with an email from @mail.com please don’t. That email server will not accept emails from us. Use another mail server like @gmail.com
